We may offer you the option to receive text messages from GoomHR.com when an employer is interested in your resume/job profile or when an employer seeks to contact you based on your resume or has responded to your application. In such cases, you represent and confirm that we can send you text messages, emails, or reminders, and you agree to accept such messages on your registered mobile number and email.
We cannot guarantee that third parties will not gain access to your resume, and we are not responsible for the use of your resume by third parties who have access to our database while your profile status is visible. When your profile status is visible, we are not responsible for the privacy, secrecy, or retention of your resume and personal information.
You have the option to edit, update, and remove your resume at any time. However, parties who previously had access to our database while your resume or profile was visible may have retained a copy of your resume in their own files. We cannot be held responsible for such retention or storage. Please remember that once you post your resume on our Site with a visible profile, anyone can access it, and we have no control over such access and use of your resume/information by third parties. In cases where your profile status is anonymous and you apply for a job on our Site, the prospective employer may also retain a copy of your resume and profile.
