Job Description
Architects Firm located at Mahim near railway station require an Office Assistant female candidate with minimum 2 years + work experience in an office administration kind of roles and responsibilities.
1st preference will be given to western line candidates.
Working hours & days : 10 am to 6.30 pm (Monday to Saturday) 1st & 3rd Saturday off.
CTC Offered : 2.40 Lakhs per annum to 3.60 Lakhs per annum + 1 month paid leaves.
Skills Required : Minimum Graduate with good verbal English communication & email drafting skills and basic data feeding hands on excel.
Job Roles :
- Managing Travel bookings of management and staff.
- Taking care of courier dispatch coordination.
- Printing and scanning of documents & maintaining file records.
- Maintaining petty cash records.
- Taking care of the office maintenance.
- Recheck on Appointment scheduled.
- Maintaining vendor commercials and processing their invoice and payments.
