Position: Architect Cum Liaison Officer

Real-estate Developer Company

Reporting to – Principal Architect

Job Location – Worli _ Opp Sasmira Institute

Timings & Off – 9 Am to 6 Pm – Sunday  & 4th Saturday of every month will be off

Salary – Upto 8 Lac

Key Responsibilities for Architect Cum Liaison Officer: 

 

  • Lead, support for the coordination with the Government Agency / MHADA / MCGM/ Building Proposal Department/ BMC/SRA
  • Should have in depth knowledge of DCPR2034.
  • Responsible for obtaining all required statutory permissions / approvals in a timely
    manner.
  • Managing regulatory approval process with a view of minimizing delays and
    enhancing faster turnaround.
  • Minimum 5 years of architectural experience or similar in redevelopment projects in
    Mumbai.
  • To act as company’s interface in dealing with key / senior officials of relevant
    statutory authorities and various consultants.
  • Preparing working drawings, site layout, plans, elevations, sections and details.
  • Good knowledge of AutoCAD and Photoshop and REVIT 
  • Able to understand & consolidate architectural, structural, MEP, landscape
    drawings, project specifications etc. to work with assigned consultants for the
    project and ensuring the drawing delivery at site on time.
  • Liaison with civic bodies/related consultants for timely approvals of the project
    essentials whenever necessary.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
