Designation: Tele Sales / Corporate Sales Executive

Job Description:

  • Answer enquiry calls and attend client meetings.
  • Follow up with clients to close deals.
  • Be professional and presentable during meetings (wear company badge and
    dress code).
  • Provide accurate quotations based on client needs.
  • Clarify any doubts about quotations, requirements, or technical specs.
  • Arrange on-site demos for brand clients.
  • Address client concerns and ensure satisfaction.
  • Follow up with the backend team for updates on production and inform
    clients.
  • Log all enquiry calls in Google Sheets.
  • Update and manage client information and follow up on emails.
  • Help the sales team by calling clients, sharing quotes, and closing deals.
  • Support the team with outdoor meetings and client visits.
  • Search for new client data online and make calls.
  • Share quotations and follow up with potential clients.
  • Maintain an organized list of clients (e.g., hoarding, rental clients).
  • Keep track of client interactions and sales progress.
