DESIGNATION – CONTRACT MANAGER

( MINIMUM 3 years + EXPERIENCE IN CONSTRUCTION / REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY IS A MUST).

JOB LOCATION – SANTACRUZ WEST.

WORKING DAYS – MONDAY TO SATURDAY.

JOB TIMING – 10.30AM TO 6.30PM.

CTC offered : 5 Lakhs to 9 Lakhs per annum take home.

JOB ROLE: –

  • Tendering and contract formation of all services required at all project. This includes scope definition, BOQ preparation, inviting tenders form various agencies, comparative analysis of various tenders by different agencies, post tender negotiation, vendor finalization, contract preparation and contract finalization.
  • Budget preparation for various projects under approval stage
  • Preparing budget vs actual report.
  • Rate analysis of the various items of work for tendering.
  • Preparation of Bill of Quantity.
  • Prepare quotations in conjunction of client’s RFQ requirements, based on the rate analysis prepared.
  • Negotiating with clients for the quoted rates.
  • Research trending rates of various items in the market to withstand competition.
  • Cater to client’s other commercial or technical requirements.
  • Technical presentation to client.
  • Providing methodologies, and other technical data of various systems advised in quotation.
