Job Title: HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Santacruz West, Mumbai

Experience: 5 to 7 years in Recruitment

Salary: Up to ₹65,000 per month

Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 days)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for our three business ventures. As the sole recruiter, you will be responsible for in-house hiring across all three companies, ensuring timely and quality talent acquisition.

About Ventures:

The selected candidate will be responsible for handling recruitment across the following three companies:

Private Jet Business – Providing premium aviation services.
Co-Operative Bank – Offering financial solutions and banking services.
Tobacco Distribution Company – Managing large-scale tobacco product distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, across all three companies.
  • Handle 100+ hires annually across different roles and business verticals.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
  • Conduct pre-screening, interviews, and candidate assessments to ensure the best fit.
  • Collaborate with department heads across all three ventures to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring requirements.
  • Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Maintain recruitment data, reports, and dashboards for management review.


Key Requirements:

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in an in-house role.
  • Strong expertise in bulk hiring and managing high-volume recruitment.
  • Ability to work independently and meet annual hiring targets.
  • Proficiency in using job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and market trends.
