Job Description
Job Title: HR Manager/HR Specialist (Real Estate Industry)
Location : Andheri East, Nr Mograpada metro station. (1 km away from Andheri East railway station)
Salary Range : 30k to 45k monthly
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR professional to join our growing real estate company. The HR Manager/Specialist will oversee all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and organizational development. This role plays a crucial part in fostering a positive and productive work environment that aligns with the company’s mission and values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding:
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various real estate roles
• Coordinate and manage onboarding processes to ensure new hires are well-integrated into the company. - Employee Relations:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns and resolve workplace issues effectively.
• Promote a positive and inclusive company culture. - Performance Management:
• Implement performance evaluation processes and provide feedback to employees.
• Work with leadership to identify and address performance gaps. - Compliance:
• Maintain accurate HR records and documentation. - Training and Development:
• Identify training needs and create development programs for employees. - HR Strategy:
• Collaborate with leadership to develop HR strategies that align with the company’s goals.
• Analyze HR metrics to improve workforce planning and retention. - Payroll and Benefits Administration:
• Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Advise employees on compensation, benefits, and other HR programs.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4-8 years of HR experience, preferably in the real estate or a related industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
