Location – Andheri ( East ) 1 km away from Andheri East railway station & 200 meters away from Mograpada metro station.

Salary – 55k to 85k  (Upto 10 Lac)

Profile – Global Sales Head

Experience – Min 4-5 yr in Institutional Sales or Education Counselling

Working days & hours :  
6 days a week : 10am to 7pm : Sunday Fixed Off

Mandatory: Excellent English communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written. Experience of course selling would be preferred.

 

Job Description for Global Sales Head

 

Position Overview:

As the Global Sales Head – Parent Engagement Specialist, you will lead our parent engagement team, responsible for calling parents and persuading them to enroll their children in our program. Your role is pivotal in driving enrollment growth and fostering positive relationships with parents to promote the benefits of our program.

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Team Leadership: Manage and support the parent engagement team across India, to achieve enrollment targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Parent Communication: Conduct outbound calls to parents, articulating the value of our program and addressing inquiries to secure enrollments.
  • Relationship Building: Build positive relationships with parents, serving as a trusted advisor and resource for information about our program.
  • Enrollment Coordination: Coordinate enrollment processes, providing assistance and support to parents throughout the enrollment journey.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of parent interactions and enrollment outcomes to assess effectiveness and inform decision-making.
  • Staff Training: Provide training to the team on effective communication and sales strategies to maximise conversions.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Communication, or related field is preferable.
  • Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in education or child development.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and persuasion skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Passion for education and child development.
