Job Description

Merchandising Coordinator | Home Textiles Export

Location: Kasna, Greater Noida ( Factory )

Experience: 4 to 9 years in a similar role preferred

Timing : 9 Am to 5:30 Pm ( Sunday Off)

Salary: 35,000 to 45,000 CTC

(Benefits: Basic Salary dedication of PF 12% contribution and Bonus 15%)

 

We are looking for a proactive and organised Merchandising Coordinator to act as a bridge between our Merchandising team (based in another city) and the factory, ensuring smooth communication and timely execution of buyer requirements.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate between the Merchandising and Production teams at the factory.
  • Follow up on buyer approvals for labels, tags, cartons, packaging and other order-specific requirements.
  • Ensure all approved labels, tags, cartons and packaging materials are ordered and received at the factory well in advance of production and dispatch deadlines.
  • Track approvals, purchase orders and deliveries to avoid last-minute delays or production hold-ups.
  • Ensure all buyer instructions and specifications are correctly communicated to the factory.
  • Take ownership of daily follow-ups and proactively resolve coordination issues.

 

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience in home textiles exports or a similar merchandising coordination role.
  • Good understanding of buyer requirements, packaging materials, labels and tags.
  • Excellent communication, organisation and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to independently track requirements, manage timelines and ensure timely execution.
  • To attend to 3rd party Inspections & buying agent QA inspections planning
