Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Home Textiles Designer for our Mumbai office.


Position: Home Textiles Designer


Salary: 35,000 to 45,000 per month

Location : Masjid Bunder

Job Timing : 9 Am to 5 Pm ( Sunday Off)

Experience: Relevant experience in Home Textiles / Export Design preferred

 

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Strong experience in Home Textiles design, preferably for the export market
  • Good knowledge and hands-on experience in embellishments and embroideries
  • Strong understanding of different fabric weaves, woven constructions and fabric qualities
  • Experience in developing commercially viable designs for international buyers
  • Proficiency in CAD, Photoshop and CorelDRAW
  • Good understanding of colour, textures, artwork and design development
  • Well versed with the latest AI-based design and creative technologies and their application in textile/product design
  • Ability to independently develop concepts and design collections and work closely with merchandising and production teams

We are looking for someone who is creative, commercially oriented and updated with current international home textile trends, with relevant export-market experience.
