Job Description

Position: Senior Finance Executive

Experience: Minimum 5-7 years

CTC: Up to ₹12

Industry: Export / International Trade

Location: Masjid Bunder East (Mumbai)

Key Skills & Requirements:

Banking & Finance (Export Specific):

  • Thorough understanding of banking systems, including export documentation, Letter of Credit (LC) issuance and negotiation, and Bill Discounting
  • Hands-on experience with Packing Credit and Post-shipment Finance
  • Experience with Bank Realisation Certificates (BRCs) and EDPMS compliance
  • Knowledge of SWIFT transactions, foreign remittance accounting, and dealing with Authorized Dealers (AD Banks)
  • Coordination with banks for INR and foreign currency loan facilities

Accounts & Compliance:

  • Proficiency in Tally Prime for day-to-day accounting, ledger management, and financial reporting
  • Filing and reconciliation of GST returns, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and annual return (GSTR-9)
  • Familiarity with DGFT procedures, export incentives (e.g., RoDTEP/SEIS), and statutory compliance related to exports
  • Understanding of customs clearance processes from an accounting perspective
  • Knowledge of Advance Authorization and Export Promotion Capital Goods (EPCG) schemes from a finance angle
  • ETDS / PF / ESIC / Advance Tax

Reporting & Coordination:

  • Preparation of monthly MIS reports
  • Coordination with internal departments for export invoicing, shipment tracking, and costing
  • Communication with auditors and consultants during audits and financial reviews
